Fire and medical emergencies can leave deep scars. Scars across the land. Scars on our bodies. Mental scars. Scars that can take years, even lifetimes, to heal.

 

Northern Michigan's volunteer Fire and EMS departments are in dire need of volunteers. Emergency calls outpace the number of volunteers needed to respond. Response times are increasing, which threatens our Northern Michigan way of life.
